We use your child's information to create a unique, personalized, and memorable experience during their call with Santa. The more details you share, the more magical the call will be.

Santa calls are up to 5 minutes in total duration. Santa will make every effort to give each child a magical and memorable experience. After speaking with each child, asking a few questions, and spreading holiday cheer, Santa will conclude the call with a warm reminder to be good and a heartfelt "Merry Christmas."

We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, Santa's schedule is extremely busy during the holiday season, and rescheduling may not always be possible. Please allow up to 10 minutes before or after your scheduled time, as Santa may be finishing up with another family.

No. Santa requires information for each child in advance to ensure a personalized experience. All children must be included at the time of registration.

We limit the number of children per call to ensure each child receives a personal and meaningful experience with Santa. This allows Santa to mention each child's name, wish list, and special details without feeling rushed.
